Corrections

Accuracy matters to us, and readers are often the first to notice when a price has moved, a product has changed or a figure is wrong. This page explains how to report a problem and records significant corrections.

How to report an error

Email corrections@awningguide.com with:

• the page address (URL),
• the sentence or figure you believe is wrong,
• what you believe is correct, and a source if you have one (a manual, a spec sheet, a code section or a current price list).

We read every report, check it against primary sources, and reply when a change is made.

How we handle corrections

• Factual errors (a wrong number, a misstated standard, an inaccurate product detail) are corrected as soon as they are verified. If the error could have affected a reader's decision or safety, the correction is logged below.
• Outdated information (a price range that has shifted, a discontinued product) is updated and the page's updated date changes.
• Clarifications that do not change the substance are made without a log entry.
